Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Society Bikini purchase, but if not no problem!  We offer returns for store credit only.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges (instead please place a new order).  We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Store credit may not be used towards shipping.  Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs.  All sale items that are noted FINAL SALE, discounted more than 45% or certain promotional sales are not eligible for return.

Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition.  Sanitary strip must be attached to swimwear bottoms.  All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place.  Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser.  No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

To authorize the exchange process please email us at to notify us and include the reason for the return then make sure that your order number is written on the package. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a restocking fee.

Once an order is submitted, it can only be modified or cancelled within one hour of placing the order.

Safely package and ship the merchandise (we recommend insuring your package) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment to:

Please include the packing slip and note which items you are returning and why.  We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package.  Once your package is received, the merchandise will be quality inspected.  Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.  Society Bikini is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.  

Society Bikini values 100% customer satisfaction.  We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
